Care Giver Consultations

You will meet personally with a trained caregiver consultant to talk about the challenges specific to your situation.  We will then help you with coping mechanisms and connect you with resources, and training, helping you create a plan of care. This may include the option of cognitive assessment and help creating a packet of personalized information to take to your doctor.
